was cleaning out old programs and must have erased a booby trap or inadvertanly a good program, can NOT connect to network, tried the router and and cmd propt nothing

i reinstalled the Network adapter driver, but I do not know about the other drivers
how do I find this?

Just check the Device Manager and make sure that you don't have devices that are missing drivers or have problems.
