GTX 970 G1 Gaming Crash, Black screen, Full speed fan.

Hi everyone, I built a pc and when I play a some games, the graphic card crash randomly, the screen goes black and the fan turns really fast so I need to reboot the pc.
Specs :
CPU : Intel i5 4460
GPU : Gtx 970 G1 Gaming
PSU : Corsair 600W
MotherBoard : Gigabyte Z97-HD3

Did anyone ever had the same problem ?

I have had the issue with a 980Ti. The card was faulty. Contact Gigabyte.

I think they can't do anything because I bought it from Spain and I'm living in Morocco.

Doesn't matter where you buy it. You should still be able to get a warranty for it.

So what's the steps for returning the graphic card, should I contact the vendor in Spain or Gigabyte ?

Call the number and go from there. You need to contact gigabyte.

Ok, I'm here I think I just solved the crashes it's been 3 days without crashing and I was playing a lot of games, I just used DDU to desinstall the driver and searched a stable driver and install the 368.22 driver, disabled the automatic update of hardwares in Windows and modify the registry:
in \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\GraphicsDrivers : I deleted all bt DxgKrnlVersion and MinDxgKrnVersion, and added Dword "TdrDdiDelay" with value 20 hexadecimal and same for "TdrDelay". (You should make a backup before if anything goes wrong)
that's it.
