Best i5 for price/performance?

I'm looking to buy an i5 after I sell my Xbox. (#PCMASTERRACE) I can't figure out which is the best. I would like to overclock a bit because I just bought a hyper 212 evo and the Asrock z97 extreme 4, which I heard is good for overclocking. I just have a tight budget and need to know which is the best right NOW.

console gaming is very bad now, i got an xbox one and am very disappointed with the current micro transaction based games.
Get an i5 4690k if your going to OC
The best price performance though is the i5 4460 though

Edit: considering that the 4460 cant be Oc'ed and you have a Z97 board with a cooler

get the i5 4690k

Well in socket 1150 there are only 2 unlocked i5s the 4670k and the 4690k and the 4690k is the better of the 2.

Yeah, I had the 360 which was way better than the One for several reasons. Upgrading my PC is better than having it collect dust and get played twice a year.

The xbox one's poor games and the halo community disappearing going to destiny and other titles and halo 5 being such a perfect example of what is wrong with gaming micro transactions less game modes that dont include micro transactions in an attempt to force you to experience the micro transaction fueled "warzone".
the failed attempt at making it big in E sports with the very bad arena with massive kill delays /trade kills.
No wonder PS4 is selling better
