Looking for a simple budget build that can run low end and some higher end games at 60 FPS 720p. I don't care if the settings have to be low I can deal with it, although running games on medium settings at 60 FPS and at 720p would be ideal.

Games that I would like to run are:

-Farcry 3 and Farcry Blood Dragon

-Insurgency

-Battlefield 4

-Skyrim

-Fallout 3 and New Vegas

-Borderlands 2

-No Mans Sky (When it comes out)

Solution
The onboard graphics are good enough to play those games at lower settings and resolutions. You also have a lot of upgrade options, such as adding an SSD or decent video card.

go used. Q6600 or newer, and an older GTX400-series or HD5000-series, and see if you can score a cheap copy of Windows. the OS is by far the most tricky thing to get, since buying used is iffy and going black is a "we won't help you" territory

This plays pretty close to $350 and has good graphics.PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

if you gotta keep it at ABSOLUTELY no more than $350, you're maybe looking at this, and keep in mind that in a few months you can simply ADD a graphics card like that GTX750Ti or similar, and then ADD a hard drive and use the SSD for the operating system, and ADD another RAM stick that matches... plan ahead!
