I was looking for a graphics card to use on building a computer. Then, I saw about 15 different versions of the graphics card. I'm not too well educated when it comes to the technicality of this stuff. I need to know what version is the best, while staying under a $800 budget (for the graphics card). Here is an image of all the different versions I found on Amazon.

I would pick one that you can find the cheapest and that looks more appealing for your build. Your not going to notice a big difference between the ones clocked higher out of the box unless your comparing them to the reference card. You may see a 5 +/-FPS difference between one with a boost clock of 1350 as opposed to one at 1300, but nothing substantial. Take a look at the EVGA SC,SSC or FTW or even Gigabyte G1, or MSI gaming 6G, or ASUS Strix. Those are popular selections.

You really shouldnt focus on just the clocks to determine the fastest. Cooling, power phase, memory, overclockability are all fundamental to determining the fastest. But if you must the fastest cards would be Zotac AMP! extreme, ASUS 20th anniversary, Matrix, EVGA Kingpin, MSI Lightning just to name a few.

However each one has turbo boost technology which actually matters more then the stated boost clocks from the manufacturer because they will boost higher then stated. For example My card has boost clocks of 1304 per the manufacturer but my card actually boosted to 1443Mhz. The Amp Extreme has 1355Mhz per the manufacturer but boosts to 1445Mhz.

So, it shouldn't matter too much, like any form of frame rate difference? I do not plan to overclock anything. Are they all the same with frame rates, or is one better than the other?
