Hi! I am looking for an upgradable PC for $700. It needs Windows 10, but doesn't need a monitor, or accessories. I want to play games like Fallout later on, but for now, I just need something with a low end GPU that I can upgrade to be a powerhouse in the future. Thanks!

I'm not sure what you consider to be a "low end GPU", but if you're fine with using integrated graphics for now, that build has lots of potential for when you get a good GPU.
