Hey guys so I'm going to go over all of this. So right now I'm on my phone connected to my internet. Via links yes e1200. Now my computer was yesterday,connected to the same connection. But now it won't connect. So it's labeled network 3 and it just won't show up. The only thing I can think of is in install Broadcom net link controller on accident then I system restored before that. Any fixes. I tried basic restart modem / router? Please help

Try installing/re-installing the correct network drivers for your PC, get them from the PC or motherboard manufacturer's website, whichever source is appropriate for your particular PC.
