My computer shuts off randomly and then turns back on. It just turns off like the power was cut out, but I know for sure it's not the PSU because I just replaced it yesterday. It usually cuts out from 30 minutes to probably 2 hours. It even happens when my computer is not on a lot of load, for example simply browsing the internet or just idling. My CPU temps are usually at around 40C, and graphics card at the same.

Overall that's a piss-poor powersupply that's actually illegal in europe nowadays...

I would not be surprised if it's the PSU causing your problems. In the mean time, disable Haswell sleep states (C states in the BIOS) and reinstall your graphics drivers just in case. If the sleep state disable works, it's 100% your PSU.
