Hey guys,

I have my PC for a while now and always had those frame drops in games.
It can run every game on ultra but every 2-3 min it goes from 60FPS to 10-20FPS for 2-5 sec and back to 60 FPS.

My PC specs are:
Graphics card: AMD Radeon R9 200 Series
CPU: AMD FX(tm)-8320 Eight-Core Processor 3.50GHz
Motherboard: ASRock 990FX Extreme3 E80-3A022400445
RAM: 8GB

I know this has been asked a lot, but i'm not sure it's my motherboard or my CPU that's just not a good combo with all of it

EDIT:

Played a game with HWMonitor next to me and my CPU temperatures are 43 degrees MIN and MAX 71 degrees (when i'm playing a game), is this normal?

If not, how to solve it? or what cooler should i get?

Solution
what games do you play ?

Try this and report back, your cpu temperatures should be lower and fps more stable

1. go to power options on your pc
2. go to edit plan settings
3. click on change advanced power settings (i think its written like that)
4. scroll down and go to processor power management
5. change minimum processor state to 99%, and change maximun processor state to 99%.
6. save it

You have R9 200 series you say ? That's where your problem is probably, which exact model do you have ?
How did you measure your CPU temperature ? What did you use, bios or ?

cpu temperature is a bit high but did you overclock your cpu? Do you hae aftermarket cooler or stock

It was both to 100% but i'll try and play a game now

And i play from many games but got problems with all of them, only not with games like minecraft, but with games like league of legends, H1Z1, Assasins Creed but any game runs smoothly on 60FPS and ultra settings, so i don't see any problems but then the lag drops..
