There are some good Z170 mITX boards almost all of which have WiFi. They are all OK, up to very good, and cost between $150 and $300. There is also a series of very high-end Z170 ATX boards with WiFi. They are all very good and start at about $400.
It is both possible and easy to add a WiFi card to the PCIe x4 slot on any motherboard, or ass a USB WiFi dongle to any available USB port if you prefer or can afford a cheaper board. These cost $20 to $40.
How much do you want to spend and what do you plan for the rest of your system. (mITX cannot SLI)

There are only two ATX motherboard with WiFi stock available in that price range, bit around $300 and made by ASUS:

I feel that you pay more than it's worth for ROG branding, so would get the Deluxe.
