FPS in games will drop immensely for about 1 second randomly while playing.

Hey guys, I built a new computer about a month ago and haven't been having any issues since I upgraded to Windows 10. Up until now that is, I've noticed that my frames will drop to almost a freeze like state for about 1-1.5 seconds every 7-8 minutes or so. I'm not sure if it's a problem with my components or drivers.

Setup:

CPU: FX-8350 (Not Overclocked)
CPU Fan: Hyper 212 Evo
GPU: Sapphire R9 390 Nitro 8GB
Motherboard: Asus M5A97 R 2.0
RAM: 16GB Kingston HyperX Fury 1866
PSU: EVGA Supernova 650w GS 80+ Gold
HDD: 1tb Caviar Blue
SSD: 250gb Samsung Evo
Case: Phanteks Enthoo Pro

These frame drops happen on League of Legends and CS:GO, games I'm certain my GPU and CPU can handle, I was playing Witcher 3 not too long ago on near max settings without noticeable drops.

I removed previous drivers from AMD and am running the latest Crimson Edition ones.

Thanks for the help.

As for temperatures of the CPU the highest it got was 43 degrees celsius. The GPU was 57 Degrees celsius.

Here is another picture of the memory clock and memory usage.

I'm assuming the dips are because the game i'm playing (Osu) happens when you're on the retry screen and not actually using the graphics card.

My driver version is 9.14.10.01171, Crimson 16.1.1

I have exactly the same gpu as you. So I can confirm that some crimson drivers cause this to happen. Spceally some 15.x.x versions.
But since you seemed to update the driver. the games you talked are cpu intensive they dont depend as much of the GPU. maybe some cpu related issue causing a bottleneck somehow
