upgrading graphics card and PSU to 600w. What order should I do the following ?
- uninstall old GPU
-install new GPU and drivers
- update OS from win. 7 to win. 10
- upgrade PSU

- Uninstall old GPU drivers.
- Remove old GPU
- Remove old PSU
- Install new PSU
- Install new GPU
- Upgrade to Windows10
- Let Windows Update do its thing. The new GPU drivers will most likely be installed once this is done.
