Will this power supply be enough power for my components?

I will be going with the SeaSonic S12II 520 Bronze power supply, and I was wondering if it will be enough power for all my components in my up coming build. I am also wondering if the power supply will be able to fit in my case. The case has room for up to a 160mm power supply. Any help is appreciated!

Also, why are you getting a Z170 motherboard with an I3-6100? Seems like a waste since you can't overclock that processor. It's usually good to get Z170 with the I5-6600K and I7-6700K.

This PSU has a depth of 140mm so you are good!

To add onto what he ^ said, The Z170 board is a GOOD idea if you know that you will upgrade your CPU in the future.

Oops, I didn't even realize it was an overclock able motherboard. But I am going to go with it since I probably will upgrade to an i5 or i7 later on. Thanks for all the help!

The power supply isn't compatible with the sleep states you might need to disable them in the BIOS if you have issues.
