What's best? A repeater or power line plug?

I can't get onto internet in some of my rooms I got a wi fi repeater plug but it's still not working would a power line work ?

Power line will work well if the rooms are on the same circuit and the wiring is pretty modern. It will work on older wiring but at slower speeds and if there are many things using power like refrigerators, ACs, heaters, you may have sporadic connections.
