How well can I stream CSGO with these specs?

Solution
Streaming is pretty CPU intensive, but you should be able to stream fairly well.....

A few points:
1. Go with the GTX 950 over the 750ti. Very similar in price, but performance of the 950 is substantially better.
2. Consider the Xeon (4 core / 8 threads) as a viable option. i7 performance, for i5 prices.

For very similar pricing, this would be the best option (in my opinion).
