    You should be perfectly fine, That motherboard should work out of the box with the FX 6300. If not it will simply say Unknown CPU model and only enable 1 core, ASRock boards are good about that from experience unlike other brands, but I doubt you'll have issues with that.

    Though if you do, all that you will need and Flash drive and go to asrock website and download the newest bios, stick it on the flash drive, (I don't think you have to unzip it, and the flash drive might have to be formatted in fat32 or NTFS, I can't remember). Go into bios and you should see Instant flash and direct to your flash drive and let it do its thing, Min or so it should be good to go.
