So i have an msi R9 390 wich runs at 1040mh at stock and i overclocked it to 1150mhz wich seems stable. But i added +35 on the core voltage. Now i know it not good for the lifespn of my card but i wanted to know how bad it was. Is +35 to high ?

Im using msi afterburner btw

How often do you replace your GPU?

A good piece of silicon should last upwards of 10+ years, usually the support circuitry is what fails. VRMs, capacitors, etc will fail. I don't think they let you set the power very high on GPUs these days, so you are probably still within expected wear and tear, as long as you can keep it cool.

That said, nothing says a GPU won't fail tomorrow.
