Odd, I had Newegg open and they show 8GB max, GB's website shows 16GB, but on their QVL the biggest stick they show is 2GB - might want to send them an email. I had the board in the DDR2 version (ga-ep45-ds3r), no T in it, which was 16GB, and was thinking the DDR3 was only 8GB so just not sure
