I'm planning to upgrade my Graphics Card to Nvidia GTX 750ti..

Current specifications are given below:
*AMD Athlon II X2 260 3.2 ghz
*Nvidia GT 610 2gb DDR3
*Dynet 2gb + 4gb DDR3 RAM
*Mobo- Gigabyte GA-M68MT-S2
*PSU- Beetel BT 450R
Input 230V and Output 22A on 12V
(Ps- I'm not sure about the wattage as it does not specify on the label but I think its 450W.)

1)Are the above specs good enough to run a GTX 750 ti?

2)Will my processor bottleneck the 750ti?

3)Also which is better....the 750 or 750 ti?
(Please specify in what way)

Note- I'm not looking for 4k gaming....As long as the newer titles run well on medium to high settings (at 30fps or more) I'll be well off...
Cheers!

Solution
Is good for your system, maybe (as always at today with AMD CPU) a little OC to the CPU will help a lot and you will notice improvement.

But, be sure your PSU is certified and a trusted one.

Could you specify by how much should I OC my CPU?
