Through any cpu cooler at me except the cryorig H7 and and the 212 evo

Try to make your post a bit more clear though. Do you not want Cryorig because It's not available where you live? Or there a different reason? Anyways the Phanteks one above is really good.

The H7 is the best for under $40. The Shadow Rock Slim would be a little better for $45 and can trade blows with Noctua NH-U14S.

I have the Cryorig H5 Universal on my youngest sons build , great cooler , no ram interference.

It doesn't really matter. I think the Universal let's you use tall-spreader RAM, but if you don't have this then you'll be fine with either.
