HDS shows 10% health but HD is working fine

I installed HD Sentinel to monitor my HD status a while back cause it was making some noise not that I had any issues with performance.

It continuously shows decreasing health status (73->51->34->27->10) and when I ran surface test it showed 3 bad sectors at most and health went back to 51%. I ran Active HD monitor and HDtune and they showed taht HD is fine.

Do I really have a problem with my Hard drive Please help if you know.

If you have not backed up anything yet then I would immediately backup irreplaceable files (pics, videos, taxes...) followed by important files while you still can. These kinds of files should never be stored on just one device. The more copies you have of them then the safer you are from losing them forever.

Once those are backed up, losing your drive is no big deal. It just means getting a new one and reinstalling windows or your last full backup.
