It will fit if compatible with your board. The cooler is 58mm (2.28") high and the case will fit max cooler height of 95mm.

The cooler fits almost everything. You should have no problem.
Fits- LGA 2011/1366/1156/1155/1150/775 and Socket FM1/AM3+/AM3/AM2+/AM2
