When I play games my PC crashes real bad and blue screens. Is this because of my PSU?

I recently got a new gaming PC for Christmas. It was great for a month but now when I play games, (ex: Gta 5) it crashes. It blue screens most of the time but it can also red screen. When it blue screens I get the error WHEA UNCORECTABLE_ERROR and then restarts.
I can do anything besides play games (ex:web browsing or YouTube) without a problem at all, but when I play games for about 30 minutes to an hour ,and then it crashes. I shut my PC down and wait about 20-30 minutes and get back on. Sometimes this works and it starts all over again. It's not a software issue or driver because I have wiped the drive and reinstalled Windows 10, but it still keeps crashing.
My PC specs are the following:
CPU- AMD fx-8350
GPU- Msi r7-370
Mobo- Asus M5A97 R2.0
RAM- 16gb ADATA ddr3
HDD- Toshiba 2tb
Ssd- Toshiba 256gb
PSU- High Power 700w
(Sketchy PSU brand)

Thanks.
