Hi. I've contacted XFX support, but they are so slow responding and their answers and questions are plain too dumb to help me right now. I'm hoping to see if my card would be covered on warranty, but they aren't responding fast enough. Anyways This is my current specs:
CPU: AMD FX-6300
RAM: Crucial 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1600
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO-Series 250GB
PSU: Rosewill HIVE 1000W 80+ Bronze
GPU: XFX Radeon R9 380 2GB
My old MOBO Asus M5A78L-M/USB3 died on me and I replaced it with Gigabyte I have right now. When i reassembled my PC Windows was corrupted so I wiped my SSD and did a fresh install. When I got to installing my XFX once again ethernet port and USB 3.0 on GA-78LMT wouldn't work anymore when the graphics card is plugged in. On the contrary, my old GPU EVGA GT 610 works fine. Both GPU have been plugged in PCIe16 (XFXsupport asked this =_=). With or without my R9 AMD's latest Crimson Edition driver fails to install. This is the error log of it

Things I've tried so far:
1. DDU uninstall both NVIDIA and AMD do a fresh install.
2. Re download AMD driver
3. Downloaded every driver on Gigabyte's website regarding Realtek LAN, HD Audio, USB 3.0
4. Disable AVS during AMD driver install
When XFX card is plugged in on Device manager the card does not show up under display adapter and "realtek pcie gbe family controller" disappears under network adapter.
