Cant find my 2nd graphics card but computer detects both.

I cant find my hardware for the second video card in this link: http://puu.sh/nKGrL/b632d6336d.png When i add in a evga 740 There is no sign of it on my pc. What can i do to fix this?

Why are you trying to use 2 completely different GPUs in your system? Please clarify.
