Building my first game pc and what is the best cheapest intel cpu to use with GTX 970?

Solution
This build, similar to the one above, has a bit smaller SSD but a motherboard that allows overclocking of the i5 CPU and a better cooler to support it.

In my opinion don't cheap out on the CPU, Graphics cards can generally go in any socket mobo, CPU's are limited. Cards like the r9 390 and gtx 970 make it easy to save money and get the cpu you need.
