Hi I am building my new PC. Here are the some computer components that I select.

CPU: i7 5820k
Mobo: MSI X99A Raider http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130866
RAM: 32GB (G.SKILL (4 x 8GB) 288-Pin SRAM DDR4 2400) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820232173
Case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811147251
Hard disk: 1TB WD 7200RPM http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822236339

Problem:
1. For GPU, so far I don't need powerful GPU, but I also plan to buy a GTX 980ti or Titan X when their prices drop down. Currently I have a Gallium 0.4 on NV43 in my old dell machine. Can I use this video card in my new build? I don't play games, and I only use this computer for coding and running programs.

2. Based on my build above, which CPU cooler is recommended? Notice that my case has three fans. Is it OK to choose some cheap coolers that under $50?

3. Suppose that I will add a GTX 980ti on my build, which size PSU do I need? 600w, 750w or 850w?

Thanks in advance.

Solution
Either of these would be good choices for the power supply since you will be stressing the system and more power than you actually need.

For that card it should be a GeForce 6200 but they made both PCI-E and AGP interfaces. I would probably spend a hundred bucks or so on a video card and sell it when your ready to put in the real card.
Your memory link is showing a 2X8GB set I would buy a 4X8GB set not 2 sets of what you have listed.
The cooler I use and would recommend especially if your going to overclock a bit.

Thank Zerk2012 for your suggestions!!

Do you think 750w is sufficient to support the above build with two 980ti or Titan?

For the card, can you suggest a GPU around or under 100 USD? Besides, I notice that NVIDIA is going to release its GTX 1080 in GTC in April 4-7, 2016. Do you think at that time the price of either GTX 980ti or Titan will drop down?

Yes, I buy 4x8GB.
