After downgrading from Windows 10 back to Windows 7, Windows 10 wants to install again

So I upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 7 Professional two weeks ago, but as my hardware is quite old, it didn't work really well so I decided to downgrade back to Windows 7. That went well (I had some issues with ESET saying it's outdated yet when trying to update, it was up to date. But after restarting the PC it updated and seems to be working how it should.).. Now of course Windows 10 started to again force me to upgrade to it again, but I didn't allow it to.. Yet when I put the PC to the "sleep mode" and turned it on this morning, it said that Windows 10 is ready to be installed.

I don't have Windows in English, but it say's "Your upgrade to Windows 10 is ready, before the installation, you will have to restart your PC. That can take a while, but we will let you know, when it's done. Restart now"... I had auto windows updates set to every day at 3AM.. I've now disabled that, and set Windows to always ask me before installing any updates and also removed/uninstalled the update KB3035583... Now I am afraid, that after I restart my PC, the Windows 10 upgrade will start on it's own and I will not be able to stop it. I would like to remove anything related to Windows 10 from my PC, so it never asks me to upgrade to it again. I hope someone can help me with this.

Yeah. Last month Windows 10 was re-labelled a "recommended upgrade" for windows 7.
It would try to do that.

As for your current problem:
In the update screen select "installed updates"
select your 3035583 and uninstall
reboot
go back to updates
select 3035583 (which should now be not installed, but pegged as important) and select "hide update"

That should prevent windows from trying to reinstall that particular upgrade, including the win10 transition.
Should also remove that prompt, although it has been reported as persisting with some people.

They might include this again in an upcoming KB though, so I'd keep that "ask me" option checked.

Okay, so I've uninstalled the KB3035583, restarted the PC (It took more than an hour to configure the updates, which doesn't usually take that long) and since then there is no Windows 10 message popping up nor the KB3035583 update! But it still says that message in Windows Update panel that my upgrade to Windows 10 is ready... If it will only say that, but not actually install the Win 10 upgrade after restarting, then I am fine with it.. I will turn the PC off completely later, turn back on and see if it's the same. Thanks for help though, seems like uninstalling the KB3035583 is the solution.
