i have msi radeon r9 380 gaming 4g mem clock stucks 1425mhz on idle i tryed reinstal msi afterburner reinstal latest gpu drivers but still stuck on 1426 mhz can u help me guyz ?

Have the same card keshka but not at home right now. Check is the afterburner set to auto, also check your crimson overdrive settings.

Dont know your system specs. and for what you actually use your monitors but possible solution is to connect one monitor to discrete and second one to integrated gpu if you have it. Here is a link with some suggestions:
