I don't really know whats available in India.

You need to look for a 1000va UPS that outputs Pure Sine Wave.

You would need to contact the manufacturer to see what your options are. Yes that unit is too weak for your system, also it may have an issue if your PSU is ActivePFC it may not like the "dirty" power out of that UPS which means even if you did replace the battery it wouldn't help.

If you have an Active PFC PSU its recommended to get a pure sine wave UPS which costs more money. Unfortunately I do not know whats available in india, but I can say its very likely that a bigger battery won't cure your issue, nor is your UPS putting out pure sine wave. Some UPS's do whats called "simulated sine wave" and sometimes that will work, but I can't promise anything.

Now as for how much you need, 800-1000va would be fine. It depends on what you're running in your system (do you have a GPU installed?).
