So my brothers PC caught a virus yesterday and we could not prevent it from spreading and downloading other viruses. We agreed to format it. I tried to look for "Change PC settings" but it doesn't open up. I looked more into it and the setting has been deleted by the virus. All I see is pc_settings.zip. I used diskpart to format the storage drive and assumed I can do the same with the ssd (OS drive) but when I tried it, it won't let me since its hosting the OS. I have no idea how to format it. I looked all night for solutions, but I just can't find any way to format it without the PC settings. I unplugged the ethernet cable because it kept flooding pop ups. I cannot download anything off the internet. Help !!
