Hi I was just wondering if my computer can run this graphics card and if not what do I need to change?

It can. Depends on your PSU wattage output rather than the PC specs.

you have a bottom tier dual core, so you need to upgrade the cpu

you need to open your case and take a look at the power supply, to make sure it has a 6-pin pcie cable to power the 950 and also has enough wattage

I have about 400Wattz and the card runs at about 90watzz. The cable thing is all good i got 6 pin.
