So, my computer has done this thing twice where it fails to start up and goes into this Startup Repair, and the startUp repair fails and says something along the lines of "you have to apply repairs manually".

So I went into hardware diagnostics and it came up with this message.
"There is a problem with the driver for Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adapter. Reinstalling the driver might fix this problem."
And then it has either apply fix or skip. I just closed it as I'm not sure how it would affect my computer, as I just had it repaired for freezing issues.

Any thoughts?

Solution
Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adapter is not required by 99% of users, so just disable it Device Manager.
It might even fix your other issue but I can't say for sure. All I do know is that you don't need it.
