Hello, I have a Rosewill Photon 850 which I just saw is "intel certified" and I cannot find the correct connector for my 8 pin CPU header on the AM3+ mobo. Are they incompatible?

The Intel certification in this case probably means compatible with Haswell and newer low power C states. It just means the power supply is able to supply very low voltages. There should be a cord labeled CPU. It may have 2 x 4 pin connectors that snap together.
