I have had my current computer for 8 years and it is time to get a new one. I'd like my new build to last as long :) My budget is about 700$

Any tips on finalizing my build? I use my desktop mainly for programming and browsing the web. However I do play some games from time to time (maybe ~ 3 hrs / week)... so I did not want to invest too much on a GPU.

Here is the build:

Seems like the 4690K i-5 processor($190) is cheaper than the locked version($210) so that's why I am getting it. I don't plan on over-clocking so I am not getting an after-market CPU cooler (thoughts?)

Is 600W PSU good enough (and future proof?). I might end up upgrading GPU and adding more monitors to my setup in the future.

Finally, thoughts on the GPU? Are there any better alternatives at the $150 range?

Solution
Here is what I'd go with, it has a much better GPU for ~$25 more and a much better power supply for $1 more
