I currently run a Intel Core 2 Quad Q9650 3.0GHz on a Intel DX48BT2 motherboard and 4x Corsair 2GB 1600MHz DDR3 RAM with Windows 10 Pro
I recently upgraded my Graphics card from a EVGA Nvidia GeForce GTX 660( which worked fine) to a AMD Radeon R9 390X Asus DirectCU III Strix Gaming OC 8GB Edition card.
My problem is with the AMD card installed it keeps locking up in Bios even after I upgraded to the latest and last Bios Intel released.
I know it isn's my PSU which is a EVGA SuperNOVA 1000P2
What's wrong? Help Please I'm getting frustrated with my predicament.

Solution
Try update the BIOS ( 9/3/2010 version ) from intel site. If you still have the same problem, it should be the compatibility issue, because the MB has the pcie1.1x16 version, sometime the newer AMD GPU has problem with that.
