Gpu upgrade suggestion

Hey guys I'm thinking to upgrade my gpu (560ti)
My specs -
I7 2600 3.4 ghz processor
8gb ram Corsair
Corsair ax 850 psu
Antec 1200 cabinet
Intel extreme series mobo
Msi twin frozr gtx 560ti 1gb.

I'm confused between getting a gtx 970 or gtx 960 2gb or gtx 960 4gb .

I play dota 2 and csgo heavily and other games like the assassin creed series and now looking to play tomb raider , gta v and upcoming nfs 2016.

I couldn't play ac unity onwards because of graphics card not meeting the requirements.
Ps : I play on single monitor at resolution of 1900 x 1600 except for csgo .

2 Gb is good for one monitor, 4GB is good for higher screen res and multi monitors in the future.

I have a friend that made Grand Master in StarCraft using one of these... it is pricey, but you can see the difference and it improve your game Play.

As your resolution is higher than 1080p I would opt for the 970. As you can see here the 970 is significantly stronger and your cpu is still good enough to keep up without a problem http://www.anandtech.com/bench/product/1595?vs=1596

I don't know whether I'm a heavy gamer lol.

I play d2 for like 5- 6 hours n csgo 3-4 .

Besides the only other games I play are ones like tomb raider , assassins creed ( rpg /adventure ) .
I don't play gsmes like battlefield , cod (fps).

And I don't think I'll be setting up multiple monitors anytime.
I go for default resolution (1900 × 1600) on my 22.5 inch benq monitor except for csgo where I play at 1080 x 960 reso at lowest settings.

Question - with a 960, at what settings will I be able to play with 60fps in games like unity , gta 5 etc.
