Suggest a motherboard and psu. PLEASE!!!

Hi there, I want to build a gaming pc under rs 45000. I have chosen the following components:

i5 4460 @ 3.2 ghz
8 gb corsair vengeance ddr3 ram
gtx 750 ti
1 tb 7200 rpm hdd

My remaining budget is 10-13000. Please suggest a compatible psu and motherboard in that range. It should be cheap but of good brand.

Also, have you already bought the 750ti? If you have not, i would recommend getting something more powerful since it it only entry-level. A 950/960 or R9-370 would be much better if you can afford it.

Cpu he's asking about is socket 1150,the motherboard you suggest socket 1151.
