Dear Friends, I have decided to go on from my old rig to new custom rig and following are the specs.....Any suggestion, please advice.
1.CPU - Core i 7 6700k for OCing.
2. Ram - GSkill Trident DDR4 ,16GB @ 3200 Mhz.
3.Mobo - Asus Z170 Pro Gaming.
4.PSU - Corsair RM750 or 750X
5.Case - Cooler Master Elite 431 plus
6. GPU - MSI 970 Gaming 4G
7. HDD - Seagate 2TB
8. SSD - Samsung EVO or Transcend 256 GB

Any suggestion in PSU/Mobo/RAM is invited as I would like to reach 4.7 GHZ.Well this RIG is dedicated mainly to P3D V3-FSX

Solution
If you game you will notice the biggest difference from improved graphics card vs. a slightly faster CPU.

I still think a good PSU and top of the line graphics card makes the most sense for you.

@ JQB45, Thanks for prompt suggestions.I really appreciate that.

However I some how believe that "The Higher the better" and if upgrading once, why not the best.(That doesnt mean that i 5 is not best!)
I will surely recheck on seasonic brand PSU.

Well folk, life has made a full U turn.....I presently have below mentioned specs....
1.CPU- Core i 7 4770(Nonk) boost to 3.9Ghz
2.RAM- Corsair Vengeance 16GB DDR3 @ 1600
3.Intel DB85FL
4.Asus GT 640 2GBD3
5.PSU - T3 VIP GOLD @ 500 WT,

I am able to play all latest titles with this specs at reasonably good frames after my busy schedule of Aviation life.
As I decided to go for above mentioned specs its costing me nearly $2100( I am in India so converting). Now I have got an offer for a month old MSI GTX980 6GB TI which is costing me @ $740 (Yes its used and owner is migrating to TitanX).

What should I do now ? If I am going ahead for 980ti then I will have to upgrade my PSU to 750wts atleast.and this 2 upgrades only costing me half of the rig I want to upgrade to.....I am in big dilemma. Kindly help me decide the deal.

I have bought Zotac GTX 970 Extreme Core edition 4GB.Awaiting delivery.

I have narrowed down on that gtx 970 as its already factory OC card and has an overall good performance / benchmark reviews over rest brands.
