So what's the differens?
I have some prep'd kits for uppgrading my pc.

Package nr 1
Intel Core i5 4690K 3,5GHz , ASUS Z97-A , Crucial BallistixSport 2x4GB 1600MHz

Intel Core i5 4690K 3,5GHz , Gigabyte GA-Z97X-GAMING 3 , Crucial BallistixSport 2x8GB 1600MHz

Price for package nr 1 is "486,05$"

Price for package nr 2 is "498,23$"
So the diffrence in price is around "12,18$"
Now to the question what is the diffrence betwen the 2 motherboards, and which one should i get?
Note " I will overclock the cpu"

I did go for Package nr 2, just because there is no diffrens between these cards" Not much atleast"
Read something about the "Z97-A" had some memory issues.
