How do I access partitioned portion of network drive?

I have a home network with Windows 10 as main computer and a headless computer running Windows 8.1.Pro that I'm using as a media server. The hard drive in the 8.1. is partitioned. However, when I view that drive from my main computer, I call only see the files on the C portion of the drive. How do I view the files on the other partition?

Is the other partition shared?

Windows networking (and file servers in general) share folders, not partitions. So, if you want to see other partitions (actually, volumes mounted on these partitions) of that "server" over the network, share them in the same way you've shared the C: drive
