Keyboard keys won't hold. It's like you press it repeatedly when holding.

I was playing NFS:Rivals when I notice that when I accelerate it won't go continuously but instead it's like I press "w" repeatedly. I even tried it with the other buttons and it had same results. What's the problem here and how should I fix it?

i also have a cooler master keyboard (pro s) and the exact same issue it may be only for cooler master pro s
how did uninstall the drivers because im trying the ways online and theyre not fixing the issue
