Toshiba HDD2H83 broken drive, how to recover my data

This hard drive was broken because of water drop on the keyboard of my friend's brother's laptop. There was no spin, so i changed the fuse and TLS2505 motor drive chip. And now it looks and sounds like this. What could be the problem you think?

I'll completely guess and say that when the fuse blew, the harddrive was in use so the heads crashed to the platters and now both the heads and the platters are damaged. So now when the drive spins up, it can't read anything so it just keep trying and trying, over and over...
