After my computer was continuously turning off after about 2-3 mins maybe even less I finally had enough. I formatted my SSD reinstalled Windows 10 Pro x64 and... It didn't fix it? I though it was a storage issue so I tried a different HDD and it still didn't work I even tried replacing the RAM but to no avail. Can anyone help me fix this issue I need to know what to replace.

The consistent 2-3 minute timeframe, to me suggests CPU overheating... outdated drivers can also cause restart/shutdowns but they are more random. See other possible causes in case it's not overheating or drivers.
