Hey guys this is my PC Setup(really low-end):

CPU: Intel Pentium G2020 LGA1155
Graphics Card: Asus Geforce GT 630
Motherboard: ASUS H61M-E
Ram: Kingston 1333 1x4 and 1x2, 6GB
OS: Windows 7 Professional
PowerSupply: Electron Power Supply ATX - 600W

And I use an AC automatic voltage regulator which is Panther PVE-500 (500 WATTS) if that means anything..

Would it bottleneck any component if I change my graphics card to Palit Geforce GTX 750 StormX DDR5?

Solution
It would bottleneck the GPU... That CPU is slow as hell. The new GPU won't make your system slower, but it won't really increase your framerates by much in certain games and settings either. If you don't have enough to upgrade the CPU to an old i3 2330 (usually find them for <$75), you can still upgrade but it might just be a waste of money without replacing the rest!
