You need buy everything that mean case too. Try on part picker or tell us your budget and what for you need it.
Sometimes its fun to upgrade into an old case, but the I/O ports are usually cut into the case so you have to carefully measure and cut for the new I/O shield. Also, airflow may be an issue. Old IDE HDD and IDE optical if it works. P4 era CPU, no dual core. OEM dismal PSU lacking many connectors.
Just build something new.
