I have an old HP 533W desktop I want to upgrade parts and all so it will run as smoothly as a new pc, what do I need to buy to

Solution
Sometimes its fun to upgrade into an old case, but the I/O ports are usually cut into the case so you have to carefully measure and cut for the new I/O shield. Also, airflow may be an issue. Old IDE HDD and IDE optical if it works. P4 era CPU, no dual core. OEM dismal PSU lacking many connectors.

Just build something new.

or buy prebuilt and a 750 TI or one of the new gtx 950 75watt models without pci express power connectors to game
