Can i run windows 8/8.1 on a 2gig ram laptop?

Can i run windows 8.1/8 32-Bit?
I mean it will work fine?

Hi

There are still a lot of windows tablets with intel Atom cpus with 2GB of ram and win 8.1 or 10 on sale with only 30 GB of SSD disk space

So having a better processor and more disk space you should be ok for simple use of laptop
(With enough space to install win 10 )

simple web browsing , ms office applications or watching video should be ok
If you can add another 2GB of ram (eg a so dimm slot exists ) that would be better

What do you want to do on this laptop?
What screen size and resolution?
