Can my laptop run Mass Effect 3 well?

I played Mass effect 1 & 2 on my Xbox 360, after recently getting my PS4, and ME3 not being available for it, i was wondering if I could run it on my laptop. Could it also run the complete mass effect trilogy?

Here are the specs for my laptop:

Open a browser window and search for " Can you run it " this is software from System Requirements Lab that will tell you whether a particular game will run on YOUR system. If a game will not run the software will tell you what you need to upgrade on your computer to play it. This is way better than asking someone who can't know exactly what your system has for equipment. The file is very small and easy to understand.
