I've tried many things to fix this problem.
-Safe mode with cccleaner + driver fusion
-Tried to boot in regular mode
-Reinstalled Windows 10
-Reverted back to Windows 8.1
-Deleted EVERYTHING off the HDD's
-Reinstalled and deleted AMD drivers
None of these solutions work... All result in black screen and mouse/keyboard not acting like they're connected.
