I don't know if I should get the:

or

ASRock Z170 Pro4 http://www.asrock.com/mb/intel/z170%20pro4/index.us.asp

Everything needs to be compatible of course and I'm not very good at this. Or you can recommand me another motherboard.(not over 200$)

I build with ASUS and Gigabyte , personal preference , not much difference between the 2.
